Responsible Party is a pan-European awareness campaign and joint effort between ESN and Pernod Ricard. The goal of the program is to raise awareness among students on responsible drinking and to contribute to the reduction of excessive and inappropriate consumption of alcohol among young adults. The program is composed of one the one hand a training for the Party Squad (more later) and a toolkit containing prevention and information tools (breathalyzers, BAC estimators, etc.) designed so that students can make an informed decision on alcohol consumption. Additional promotion items (gadgets, videos, Facebook page etc.) support the prevention campaign. The main messages of the program are: moderate consumption, don't drink and drive, don’t be subject to peer pressure, eating is not cheating and alternate with soft drinks or water.
